What Our Promise Actually Means
If a repair we completed isn’t right, we come back, fix it, and charge you nothing – no argument, no paperwork, no expiration date for a full year after the job.
That’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it means exactly what it says. You don’t file a claim. You don’t navigate a phone tree. You call the same number you called the first time, a real person answers, and we schedule a return visit. The only thing you’re entitled to do is tell us it’s not right. Everything after that is on us.
Adrian Vance built this company on commercial access-control sites where “we’ll come back and look at it” wasn’t a policy – it was the only acceptable answer when a gate controlling a parking lot didn’t work. That habit moved into residential work and hasn’t changed. Under Haven Standard Clause 1, the price is written before anyone lifts a tool. Under the 365-Day Done Right Promise, the work is covered after we leave. There’s no gap between those two commitments.
Why We Answer Fast, Everywhere
A one-truck operation can promise a fast response until the owner is sick, on another job, or two counties away. We’ve built something different: local crews spread across 32 states, vehicles stocked with the hardware that shows up most often on gate calls, and a dispatch system that routes the nearest available technician rather than the only available one.
When you call (928) 260-0864 at 2 a.m., a live person picks up – not a voicemail, not a bot, not a callback queue. That person has access to the dispatch board and can tell you whether a technician is available tonight or first thing in the morning. On an emergency, we aim to have someone on your property within 4 hours. Most non-emergency repairs get booked same day or next.
That window is honest because we’ve invested in what makes it honest: local presence, stocked vehicles, and a single phone number that never routes to voicemail. We don’t promise what we can’t back up with infrastructure.
How We Make It Right

You Tell Us
Call (928) 260-0864 – the same number you used the first time. A live person answers every hour of every day. Tell them the repair isn’t right and they’ll pull up the job record, including the photos and documented readings from your original visit. You don’t need to explain the whole history. We already have it.
We Come Back Out
We schedule a return visit at your convenience – no second estimate, no re-inspection fee, no suggestion that the new issue is something separate. If it’s within the 365-day window and it touches the work we did, it’s our problem to solve.
We Fix It
The technician who returns works from the original documentation: what was found, what was set, what was installed. That photo record and those readings aren’t stored for our benefit – they’re stored so the next technician isn’t guessing, and you’re not paying twice to rediscover the same thing. Adrian developed that documentation habit on commercial sites starting in 2014 because guessing costs everyone time and money.
You Sign Off
We don’t consider the job closed until you’ve confirmed it’s right. The technician leaves another documented record of what was done on the return visit – same standard as the original job. You keep a copy. We file one. If something’s still not right, we start the process again. No limit on attempts within the promise window.
Before
AfterWhat Stands Behind the Promise
A promise is only as solid as the people and systems behind it. Here’s what’s actually in place.
- Background-checked, uniformed technicians. Every technician dispatched to your property has been background-checked. You receive their name and photo before they arrive. The person who shows up is the person you were told to expect.
- Written price before work starts. Haven Standard Clause 1 – “Have it in writing” – applies to every job, everywhere, without exception. The flat price is handed over before anyone begins. No hourly rates, no subscriptions, nothing to sign up for. One job, one written price, agreed before we touch anything.
- Nine automation brands serviced. We work on LiftMaster, FAAC, BFT, Linear, Viking, Ghost Controls, DoorKing, Elite, and Mighty Mule. We’re not going to steer you toward a replacement because we don’t service your existing motor. If it can be repaired, we’ll repair it.
- Documented photo record on every visit. What we found, what we adjusted, what we replaced – photographed, recorded, and left with you. That’s not a bonus. It’s the standard on every Vance job since 2014.
- Free second opinion. If you have a written estimate from another company, bring it. We’ll review it at no charge. No pressure, no obligation.
Twenty-two thousand gates repaired and installed since 2014 – every one with a written price before we started and a documented record when we left. That’s not a marketing line. It’s a count we’ve kept.
